Philadelphia: Anvil Printing Company, 1903. Paperback. First Edition. 60pp. + fold-out battle diagram. Bound in stapled wraps. GOOD. Shows rubbing at the edges and corners with some creasing and small chips, front panel pulled ever so slightly from the binding though holding strong, otherwise the binding is tight, the text and diagram are clean and unmarked, and the covers are distinct. As pictured. | The author, a prominent politician, journalist, and friend of Lincoln, here restates his argument made to President McKinley regarding the failures of the Battle of Santiago.
