Boards and spine scuffed and edges worn, small tears in cloth on rear board, small tears to top and bottom spine edges, spine lettering faded, binding cracked at p. 471. This manual is a revision of the 1914 Naval Artificer's Hand-Book, and contains instructions for the care and preservation of the hull and fittings, and the operation of auxiliary machinery on U.S. Navy ships.
