[Place of publication not identified]: Amy Revere McCauley, 1997. Paperback. 104 leaves, 20 unnumbered leaves of plates, wraps. 11 x 8.5 in. Printed on rectos only. Bound in plastic covers, with spine covered in white tape. Former owner's label on the inside of the front cover: "Mrs. Mary H. Johnson, 2570 Webster St., Palo Alto, CA." External signs of handling, but interior clean and overall Good. Autobiography. McCauley was born in San Francisco in 1904 but spent her formative years in New York and Chicago. She recounts her career as a model, ballroom dancer, and chorus girl who performed in the Ziegfeld Follies in the 1920s. Not in WorldCat as of March 2023.
