Seattle: National Lawyers Guild, 1973 The first legal project of its kind, in which Indians decided what work was to be done and directed the legal research. From the collection of Wayne Prescott Suttles, renowned anthropologist, scholar, and linguist regarding many Pacific cultures, and especially the U.S. Pacific Northwest Coast Salish people. A note to Dr. Suttles from one of his students is inscribed to the front. Condition notes: stapled spine, 82 numbered pp; PP. Pages: clean, bright, tight; a.e. a bit sunned. Cover: white wraps, black titles front; mild edge/shelfwear, spine + extrems a bit sunned.

Poor(P)-truly ugly, disbound or requiring other major rehabilitation. We stabilize most minor defects with archival quality materials, and with few exceptions, these stabilizations are reversible
