Whiting's 46-page report about the Samaritan celebration of Passover on Mount Gerizim about 40 miles north of Jerusalem. A small Samaritan community remains in the city of Nablus located in the West Bank near Mount Gerizim and the site of ancient Shechem. Also in this issue: Asia Minor in the time of the seven wise men; by motor through the east coast and Batak Highlands of Sumatra. A small soil spot on the front cover, otherwise clean and unworn.
