Cream colored spine over brown boards, gilt lettering on spine, 8vo., 197pp. Original papers # 7, limited to 2500 copies printed. Hinkley was a Captain of Company F, and sometime Acting Major of said regiment. The Third Wisconsin served at all the major battles in the east, was later reorganized and served with Sherman at Atlanta and during the march north. X-Library with minimal markings, hand written number bottom of spine, stamp top edge of text block. No marks in text, binding tight. Book condition VG-.
