Terms of Sale
Barking Mad Books
Air parcel postage is expensive anywhere in the world. From New Zealand, to USA, UK and Europe a single 1kg volume costs about NZ$85 so allow this for many of the heavy books listed by Barking Mad Books.
Since 1984, Barking Mad Books has used New Zealand postal service and all parcels have reached their destination. We use recyclable soft bubble plastic and ensure parcel is waterproof. Larger orders are sometimes shipped in padded boxes, again with all packaging recyclable.
A courier service can be used...and may be slightly faster/safer...but will be charged at cost.
30 day return guarantee, with full refund including original shipping costs for up to 30 days after delivery if an item arrives misdescribed or damaged.
