Detroit: The Detroit River Press, 1979. Near Fine. First edition. Post 8vo, pp. [18]. Illustrated buff wrappers, stapled. Scant foxing to front wrapper, else, clean and tight. A near fine copy. Pletos (1950-2016) was one of the Cass Corridor group of avant-garde artists, who were active in 1960s-70s Detroit. Though a painting major from Wayne State University, she went on to work primarily with wood, producing small scale mixed-media sculptures. The Detroit River Press was a printing co-operative run by Jim Wanless, Glen Mannisto, and Dennis Teichman from the late 1970s to the early 1980s. According to COPAC and WorldCat, apparently unlisted.
