"Nailebn" describes itself as the only publication in both the Yiddish and English languages and devoted entirely to the elucidation of the condition of the Jews throughout the world. It also brings authentic information on the building in Biro-Bidjan [Russia] of the first and only Jewish autonomous territory in the world.
Among the contents of this issue are the articles "The Warm Lake in Biro-Bidjan" by J. Peretzman, "Life is Free and Joyous for Jewish Children in Ukraine" by Joshua Kunitz, "A Jewish Court of Law in the City of Kiev" by A Saffian and "How to Combat Anti-Semitism" by Morton Deutsch. There are also articles on the work of American branches of ICOR.
The text of the magazine is printed in two halves, 29 pages in Yiddish and 23 pages in English.
