Spine largely split and detached from staples, wrapper faintly tanned and nicked, otherwise very good. First edition. At this point, the officers of the NAACP included the Springarns, Walter White, Roy Wilkins, James W. Johnson, et al. The greatest portion of the report is devoted to the Costigan-Wagner Anti-lynching bill, as well as accounts and statistics of recorded lynchings during 1935. The other capsule summaries are of the ongoing legal cases and investigation, info about the annual conference, along with records of finances and appointments.
