Index] bound, by Riviere Bookbinder of Bath, in early half dark blue calf, five raised bands, each with gilt piping. Compartments lettered and ruled in gilt. All edges Marbled. Blue marbled endpapers. School prize plate from Charterhouse on the front end page, dated 1931, signed by Frank Fletcher, the headmaster and presented to G. C. Riall. School arms stamped in gilt to the front board. A very good copy with uneven fade to spine and boards. Internally a light sprinkle of spotting to the end pages, else clean and tight binding. .
