New York: Self Published, 1914. 21 pages. Limited to 300 copies printed on Dutch Handmade Paper. Deckled edges. Blue paper over boards with gilt stamped lettering on top cover. Faux leather spine cover. Compliments of the author card, signed, laid in. Spine covers shows a couple of small tears near crown. Light wear at corners. Slight age toning is seen on the edges of the covers. Light smudges near lower edges of the title page. Otherwise tight and clean. . Signed. First Edition. Quarter Cloth - Hardbound. Good+/No Dust Jacket. 4to.
