About This Item
New York: G.P. Putnam's Sons, 1946. Cloth. Very Good +/Very Good. CYNICALLY INSCRIBED BY FRANK LLOYD WRIGHT opposite the copyright page. A solid copy to boot of the 1946 1st edition of this "unconventional portrait of an unconventional man -- FRANK LLOYD WRIGHT, stormy petrel of architecture. The author is his son, who tells the things only he could tell about his father." (From the dustjacket's front cover). Tight and VG+ (a touch of light spotting at the panels) in a crisp, price-clipped, VG dustjacket, with light chipping to the spine ends and some tape applied inconspicuously to the inside of the dustjacket as reinforcement. Octavo, a number of illustrations throughout complementing John Lloyd Wright's text.
