About This Item

New York: Harper & Brothers Publishers, 1946. Book. Very Good +. Hardcover. First Edition/First Printing. A solid tight clean very carefully read copy. This copy has some browning and light soil to the edges of the text block. The PC jacket has some rubbing wear, some edgewear, some lightish chipping at the top and heel of the spine. The good news is that the previous owner clipped and save the obit for Mr. Lamont. The bad news is that she stored it between page 41 & 42 causing foxing damage. The name of the previous owner has been written neatly on the reverse of the front board and on the FFEP in period handwriting. 200 plus pages with photographs..
