No. 7 of 300 limitation. 8vo. 19 by 12.5 cm. 31 pp. Three stories, the third, "The Czarina's Violet", making its first appearance here and later included in Quiller-Couch's popular work, "In Powder and Crinoline". Setting apart this copy is the lovely Art Nouveau styles, quarter morocco slipcase, with a gilt and red floral design onamenting the spine with its raised bands. Scattered surface abrasion spots on the leather. Soiling of part of the white cloth cover of the book proper. Leaves within are clean.
