Walter Benton's This is My Beloved was a profoundly popular work, being a 14th printing in the American Poetry series, being a contribution to the 1945 issue. New York: Knopf, 1945. 43 pp. Brick-red cloth binding, gilt-stamped spine, rubbed. No d.j. as such, but the two inner flaps of the d.j. are laid-in. Front end-paper says G. Legman 1946 and the date 1943 is written in the upper corner of the inside of the front cover. From the personal library of Gershon Legman as conveyed to me by his widow Judith Legman.Member, I.O.B.A., C.B.A., and adherent to the highest ethical standards. Additional postage may be required for oversize or especially heavy volumes, and for sets.
