New York: James S. Virtue, 1877. Hardcover; 4to; complete in 2 volumes. Numerous colour and uncoloured plates throughout. Half-bound in dark brown leather. Gilt on spine, gilt borders on boards. Edges quite rubbed, some exposed board at corners. Brown pebbled cloth boards. 1.5" rip to spine leather of volume 2 near headcap. All edges marbled, but faded. Some sagging of text-block as expected for a volume of this size/weight. Hignes reinforced with cloth. Some water damage to top-edge of pages, moreso visible in volume 2. Marbled endpapers. Heavy/large, may require extra shipping. VG-/--. Hardcover. Very Good-/No Jacket.
