Articles well-illustrated with b&w photo reproductions and, in a couple articles, full color photos. Printed wraps. Fine. Articles include "Explorations at the Mouth of the Amazon" by Wm. C. Farabee; "Baalbek" by George Byron Gordon; "Woodcarvings of the Austral Lands" by H. U. Hall; "An Archaic Head from Cyprus" by Edith Hall Dohan; "Tlingit Woman's Root Basket" Louis Shotridge. Shotridge was a native Chilkat Tlingit Indian. A remarkably fresh copy showing only a discreet snag on spine (see photo).
