Reviews
This was Margaret Truman's first mystery novel. It was well written, with believeable characters and good plot twists. I clearly reflects her knowledge of Washington DC workings, and accurately reflects to tenor of the time in which it was set. Like Dickens, Truman's writing gives an insight into parts of society we would prefer not to know.
