The text is illustrated with numerous colour and black-and-white photographs throughout the text. Thick brown coloured card covers which have been shaped, and has the underlying pages, to resemble part of a guitar. Cameo embossed title to the front panel which has the title and the captions "First Edition, Book Number 002967". Rubbing to the book edges and some scoring of the cardboard to the top left-hand corner of the front panel. The slipcase is a box that encloses the underlying book completely. Again it is brown cardboard with white and black titles to the front panel and backstrip. Rubbing to the book edges, corners and book panels and a faint remains of a sticker can be seen on to the front panel. Some grubby marks are also present. A book about the MTV phenomena known as "Unplugged"; where where artists as diverse as Eric Clapton, Aerosmith and Nirvana get to play their music in an acoustic setting.
