Signed and inscribed by the "Justin Wilson of North Carolina" directly on the FFEP. For nearly half a century John Parris documented the mountain way of life through his "Roaming the Mountains" column in the Asheville Citizen-Times. His work helped preserve countless stories, folktales and recipes that would have been lost to time. Mountain Cooking is half cookbook and half classic Appalachian story-telling.
