Octavo. 6.25 x 9.25 in. 372 pp. Very good in the original forest-green cloth boards and a very good pictorial dust jacket that has minor edgewear, and a lightly faded spine. The outside edges have minor discoloration from light foxing, as do the first few pages. Inscribed by Parris on the front free endpaper, "Best wishes - John Parris. Nov. 24, 1978
