About This Item
The first English-language edition of Ernesto Che Guevara's memoirs of early adulthood, during which he and his friend Alberto Granado made a rambunctious and eye-opening circuit of their native country, at first on a motorcycle and then by other means. This book and Granado's own memoir formed the basis for the 2004 film directed by Walter Salles and starring Gael García Bernal as Guevara and Rodrigo de la Serna as Granado.

In a custom green cloth clamshell box.
Synopsis
The Motorcycle Diaries is a book that traces the early travels of Marxist revolutionary Ernesto 'Che' Guevara, then a 23-year-old medical student, and his friend Alberto Granado, a 29-year-old biochemist.
