Presentation copy / avec un envoi de Lacretelle / inscribed by the author: "à _____ / Amicale et sincère hommage, Jacques de Lacretelle". Edward Wasserman's copy with his famous Marie Laurencin bookplate [the only known ex-libris she ever designed] / Exemplaire enrichi exceptionnellement de l'ex-libris d'Edward Wasserman gravé par Marie Laurencin en 1932 à partir du quatrième état de l'une de ses eaux-fortes (seul ex-libris connu réalisé par l'artiste) preserved from the original covers & pasted to the front pastedown. Portrait de lauteur en frontispice par Marie Laurencin. "Il a été tiré de cet ouvrage mille trente-cinq exemplaires sur vergé de Hollande (dont trente-cinq hors commerce, numérotés de I à XXXV, et mille numérotés de 1 à 1000), et vingt-cinq exemplaires sur japon impérial, marqués de A à Z, accompagnés d'une épreuve à grandes marges, sur apon à la forme, numérotés, signée par l'artiste."
