Rand McNally & Company, 1969. Hard Cover. Fine/Very Good. First Edition. Folio - over 12" - 15" tall. Rand McNally & Company A Mitchell Beazley Book. 48 pages. fully illustrated throughout with BandW and colour photographs, plus m any welldrawn diagrams. This was one of the first true atlases of the space age, providing details of man's first flights around, to and from the moon, as well as the early moon landings. Includes de t ails of the Apollo space vehicles and much other technical information. The book is as new except for a gift inscription on the inside of the front cover.Small & black on a dark blue cover, I almos t d idn't see it. "Bill Boy from Aunt Felicia 12-25-69". The jacket has a 1-1/2" tear on top of front cover. There's also a 1/2" tear at the bottom that has been taped with scotch tape (from previous o wne r). A small 1/32" tear on the bottom front cormer of spine & the top front corner. The top & bottom of the spine & the 4 outside corners are rubbed on the jacket..
