Boards show minor fading, toning to endpapers, dust jacket toned with a few small chips to edges. Firmly bound with clean text. An anthology of essays on Saint Augustine, first published on his feast day in 1930, the fifteenth centenary of his death. Includes essays by Christopher Dawson, Jacques Maritain, Erich Przywara, Etenne Gilson, Maurice Blondel, and various English Jesuits. A handsome copy in mylar. Scarce.
