Early English Language Appearance Of Mach's Thoughts On Conservation Of Energy. The U S Congress Had Already Weighed In On This Issue Decades Earlier, And Further Discussion Was Not Of Mainstream Interest. Mach's Book On The Subject Appeared In 1905, Followed By An English Translation. All Four Volumes (Volume 5, Nos 1-4) Are Unopened [Pages Still Attached At Top, Unread And As Issued].
