In the original publisher's pictorial dustjacket. The dustjacket is Not price-clipped but has a little (fairly negligible) light fading where a smaller book was sitting beneath it allowing light access. There is some internal surface loss to a few pages where the plates have been stuck together in the past. Otherwise No Inscriptions or other Marks. (8) + 112 plates. Illustrated throughout in colour plates. List of Artists. Overall, apart from the 'faults', etc, as detailed above, this is an Excellent, Very Clean, Tight and Bright, 'Fine' copy. " Here is a collection of royal minatures ranging from Henry VIII to Queen Victoria. This collection is found to be both scintillating and absorbing." ; Folio 13" - 23" .
