Bologna: Raffaele Radisini, 1839. Engraved dedication plate to Cardinal Oppizzoni (aka Oppizoni), Archbishop of Bologna (20 September 1802 - 31 May 1831), dated 1840, descriptive plate, & 24 further engraved plates as called for. The designs by Biagio & Constantino Santerini, and engraved by Raffaele Radisini, in Bolofna in 1839. Contemporary half calf, marbled paper covered boards, gilt decoration to spine. Boards worn, with some loss, dedication plate has the remains of two stamps to lower margin, otherwise unmarked, save for some spotting and staining, mainly to top right margin. Bonacini 1609. [stu]. First Edition. Half Calf, Marbled Boards. Very Good. 440mm. x 550mm.. Book.
