Set in the future where Montezuma Strip – a megaloplis stretching from Baja to the Gulf – a place of high-tech innovation and murder. Inspector Angel Cardenas finds a "normal" Jaun Doe death (robbed of cash, cards and internal organs) becomes anything but normal when he goes to tell the family and the dead man's wife and daughter are missing and the house blows up.
