About This Item
Denver, CO: The Old West Publishing Comany, 1962. Hardcover. Very Good+ in Very Good+ DJ. 6 x 9 1/2, 94 pgs, introduction by Jeff C. Dykes. Carl Hertzog was the designer of this edition,
