(St. Anthony Falls), 364pp. and 4pp. ads, lacking the map; spine faded, worn, and chipped, otherwise good in original purple cloth. A good overview of all aspects of Minnesota as it existed prior to its organization as a territorial government in 1849, and "as it is" in 1853. Not in Howes or Graff.
