The Viking Press, 1971. Hardcover. Fine/Fine. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. Very large, squarish sturdy book, quality black cloth, bright gilt lettering on spine, gold color inside covers and adjacent end papers, 156 heavy glossy pages, profusely illustrated with art objects. On first front end paper in neat black ink: "Milton Hebald, 1981." Two dust jackets. Inner DJ shows a sculpture on law of a person with a cane on front, spine and back, the sculptor Hebald on back looking at his work. Outer DJ glossy with a color-photo of sculpture of woman, background in blues front with a facsimile signature at bottom front, white spine, an article in three columns on all of back from New York Times Book Review by Anthony Burgess on Geitlein's book on Miton Hebald. DJ has a crease inside front flap of inner DJ/ DJs and book, all Very Fine.
