At the time of production this book was considered the most complete and up-to-date study of the life and work of Avery. With 158 illustrations of which 60 are in color. Some stains to the cloth covers near the spine tips else a sound very good clothbound copy in dustwrapper. Quite uncommon in the preferred cloth edition.
