Arizona: Monitor Printing Co., 1961. Limited ed. Staplebound. Fair. Signed without personalization, "Regards, Alfred J. Swails." inside the front cover. Blue stapled wraps, limited to 1,000 copies. A fair only copy with heavy wear at the cover edges, and soiling/fading to the light covers. Some wrinkling and bending. Staples are firm and pages are securely bound in. "State of Jefferson" stamp above the author's signature, and "No. 824" in green ink at the top of the title page appear to be the only markings. Black and white photos throughout, 63 pp. Lacking the supplement.
