A quite sound copy with very little wear, hinges and spine are intact and complete. Front end papers display two quaint period Christmas cards gifting the book to Miss Baldwin. The spine is lightly sunned and the front cover color has faded in a couple of spots. A monographic study of the constitutional Mikado or Emperor as an institution. .
