New York and London: Academic Press. Very Good in Fair dust jacket. 1965. Hardcover. Conference was organized by the Societe Francaise des Electroniciens et des Radioelectroniciens, and by the Societe Francaise des Ingenieurs et Techniciens du Vide, and sponsored by the Federation Nationale des Industries Electroniques. Tri-lingual text present title pages in English, German (MIKROWELLENROHREN, showing Friedr, Vieweg & Sohn Verlag in Braunschweig as publisher) and French (TUBES pour HYPERFREQUENCES , published by Dunod Editeur, Paris). Most papers are presented in English, a few in German and a few in French. Gray cloth binding, with gilt lettering on red labels applied to front and spine. Detailed contents lists over 13 separate papers; many are illustrated, List Alphabetique des Auteurs at rear. Protected by publishers light green dust jacket with b&w lettering. This copy "For review in the Journal of the Franklin Institute" with review slip stapled to front flap of dust jacket. ; 8-1/2" x 12"; xxxix, 526, [2] pp; Light corner wear, but covers generally well-preserved. Binding is a bit loose but hinges remain solid and functional. No inscriptions, paper is lightly toned at the edges, pages remain clean and unmarked. Jacket is nearly complete but has major wear including rubbing, large creases, closed tears and some small missing pieces at the corners, protected by mylar cover .
