About This Item
London: Robert Hale Limited, 1958. First edition. Hardcover. Good. Orange cloth hardcover with gilt titles an emblem. 1958, first edition, lacking dustjacket. A good only copy with light soiling to the rear cover, bumped corners and crimped spine ends. Crinkling to the bottom of the front free endpaper, otherwise the interior is much better than the exterior - clean and solid with hinges intact. 212 pp., indexed, full page black and white plates sprinkled throughout the text, and one dual page hand-drawn map by the author. A nice history of the Glamorgan Valleys - a volume in the extensive Regional Book Series.
