First edition; 6 x 4; pp. [6], 7-63, [1]; grayish-green wraps, printed in blue and silver; minor nicks to tips of spine; two small, faint spots to wraps; minor wear to edges and corners; text block slightly separating between pp. 16 and 17 (still solidly bound); illustrated with drawings by Herbert F. Roese; very good condition.One of the most often reprinted cocktail books, it was published right after the end of the Prohibition and was dedicated to "those merry souls of other days, who again will making drinking a pleasure..." It featured over 100 recipes, some classic and others newly-invented, including Elephant's Ear, Chocolate Soldier, and Decollete Angel.
