Beloved Hawaiian poet's fifth book of verse, illustrated throughout with lovely art deco illustrations by the author, in 126 pages with a Glossary of Hawaiian words in rear. Orig. published in 1935, this is a 6th printing from 1941. Slim hardcover has bright yellow cloth-covered boards with black decoration & lettering to front & spine. Condition is Near Fine: virtually flawless except that the frontispiece photo of the author has come completely loose. Else, completely clean & tightly bound, hinges secure, pages lightly tanned but unmarked. NO DJ (missing).
