Dr Dai, 1928-2002, served as a medical officer in the resistance war against the French in Vietnam and in the American War. He directed a field hospital and had first hand experience of Agent Orange. He was the director of Vietnam's Agent Orange Victims Fund and became the premier world expert on this defoliant and its long lasting generational affects on the Vietnamese population.
