Vancouver, BC: Self Published. Very Good in Good dust jacket. 1961. First Canadian Edition. Hardcover. Signed by Author; Large 8vo 9" - 10" tall; 154 pages; DJ in mylar. DJ has some soiling, small tears and chips, creases, light shelfwear to edges. Inscribed "To Hymie, with best wishes, Doug Smith" on FFEP. The author's recounting of his day to day War experiences, and how many of the common foot soldiers managed to find humour where there logically should have been none. .
