Includes large foldout map [VG with no seps] and facsimile holographic text [G with later ink blotch], at the front. Spine is clear taped . Provenance- small private library plates, Joseph Y Yeanes, Philadelphia; Isaac W Yeanes II, Orange, Va. Contents clean and sound VG. It has interesting information because it was done by the first secretary of the cabinet who was close to Napoleon. .
