Warmly inscribed by Hoover to former Massachusetts Governor Christian Herter on front flyleaf. xii + [2] + 405 pp. 8vo., blue cloth stamped in gilt. Minor shelfwear to heel and crown, else fine; in a worn dust jacket with light soil and nicks and small closed tears at edges, front flap price-clipped, some tape reinforcement to reverse. Very good overall, with a nice association.
