Originally published 1723, intricately gilt with dark brown leather labels, marbled end papers, prior owner name front end page and head of title page in Vol. I, small label of Paul Elder & Morgan Shepard rear end pages ( San Francisco publishers ). Moderate toning to end pages, light rubbing at corners, internally clean and bright, a quite handsome set. . Second British Edition. Full Calf. Very Good/No Jacket, As Issued. Small 8vo.
