Quebec, 1861. [2],84,38pp. Original printed wrappers bound into modern three quarter morocco and cloth. Bit tanned, else very good. Ramezay was commander of Fort Nipigon on Hudson Bay in 1742. In 1759, during the siege of Quebec, after Vaudreuil fled following Montcalm's defeat, he valiantly tried to save Quebec from the British but was forced to capitulate. Not in TPL. HOWES R24.
