A flat signed presentation copy to the inside of the front card cover. The inscription reads: 'Alison I hope you enjoy reading of my travels!! Andrew Brown'. The text supported by a number of photographic reproductions. 'Andrew Wilkie Brown joined the Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders as a teenage bandsman. He retired a Lieutenant Colonel (Quarter Master) MBE. His remarkable story of coincidence and chance is played out against the troubles in Palestine in the late 30s, the Second World War, Malaysia and the Korean War'. A reading crease to the spine - not heavy. A slight crease to the lower corner of the rear card cover. Some light shelf wear to the card covers. A flat signed copy of a very scarce publication.
