Good. [African American Fraternal Organization] Improved, Benevolent, Protective Order of Elks of the World. More details: Purple ribbon fringed at bottom, with a round metal (about 3cm. in diameter) gold-colored Elks insignia and "Member" plaque attached by chain to metal pin pin with image of two hands clasping. 2 cm portion of purple ribbon frayed and almost entirely split under hanging metal insignia. Fraile but appealing item from this African American Elks Lodge.
