About This Item

Nashville, TN: The Upper Room , 1964 The Upper Room, Nashville, TN. 1964. Hardcover. First Edition. Book is tight, square, and unmarked. Book Condition: Very Good; light shelfwear to head, tail, and tips; small oil stain on fore edge near top. No DJ. Burgundy leatherette boards and spine with bright gilt lettering on the spine and front board. 172 pp 12mo. This book is a compilation of Meeting God booklets that The Upper Room produced. The hope is that the combination all the booklets into one book will multiply the value and use of this book. The basis of this book is the fact that unless you get a shock when you read your Bible, you are not reading it right. The true Bible is alive and the false Bible is only a book. It is through the Bible that God speaks to everyone who will listen. A clean very presentable copy.
