Searches of NUC and WorldCat locate only two U.S. libraries reporting ownership (NNNAM, CLU). In blue wrappers; a bit wrinkled and edgeworn with small tear. One of the "e's" in each instance of "medecina" in the title is lightly scratched to form "i's," appearing as "medicina" instead; some foxing to interior, a small hole to the very top edge of last two leaves.
